Our Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the booking deposit will be forfeited and you will need to book a new appointment.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please text/email us or submit a request through our contact form. No-shows* or cancellations on the day with less than 4 hours notice will be charged in full (100% of the treatment cost).

*A 'no-show' is defined as not turning up to your appointment without notice or cancelling/rescheduling within 4 hours of your appointment time.
